Seriously, never pick up mobile calls from numbers you don’t know. Just don’t bother. If it’s something genuine, they’ll leave a voicemail, and then you can decide. If the message is rubbish or purposely vague - like "blah blah… we’ve got your payment… blah" - just forget about it. They want you to call back. People mess up because they think just ‘cos a phone rings for them, it’s important. "They called ME, so it must be something big!" Nah, that’s how you get caught out.12 monthsThe woman on the phone was calling from something she said was 'Call quality protect' and seemed to already know my name. She said she needed to talk about a letter, but I didn’t bother listening and just ended the call.
