This number 01615050909 has been ringing me 21 times over the past 26 days. I even blocked it after the very first call, yet it somehow manages to keep getting through. Really annoying!

Got a call from a polite young bloke saying I’m entitled to some tax refund due to a PPI payment from way back in 2016. He seemed to know quite a bit about me but was calling an old phone number that I don’t use anymore, so I didn’t give out my current one. He said he’d send the claim forms within a day or two. Mentioned something about "Martin Lewis being all over this" to make it sound legit. Oddly, he never asked for any bank or card info. Guess I’ll wait and see what happens - might end up posting an update here later.

Got a call from 01615050909, bloke sounded fairly young, maybe in his 20s or early 30s with a polite tone. He knew my full name and rang my mobile. He started talking about a tax refund linked to a recent personal injury claim but mentioned a company name I’d never heard of instead of the one I actually went through. When I pointed it out, he just said “they must’ve changed their name since then” and then cut off the call without another word. I’ve blocked the number now.
