Received a call regarding my washing machine's warranty expiry. When I informed him that, naturally, it had lapsed-considering the machine is around 15 years old and still doing its job splendidly-he quickly ended the conversation. Cheers to that!

Last month they went and made it illegal to spoof calls, how can these muppets not get it? Just let them know you're aware and that you’re going to report them, maybe then they'll stop.

When you get a call from an unknown number, it’s best not to pick up straight away. Instead, wait and see if they leave a message. Also, avoid pressing any numbers unless it’s just to hang up or delete the call.
