I’m not sure who that was on the other end (I just ended the call), but they actually knew my name. Seems like they’ve got hold of some info database and probably want to assist with some claim about accidentally hitting a PPI scammer or something like that. The number was almost the same as loads of others I’ve blocked recently, so I might as well start collecting them all - do I get a voucher for that or something?
