Got a call from someone named Matthew about the loft insulation we recently put in. He reckoned it might lead to dampness and condensation issues. He also mentioned we hadn’t done any kind of check-up since the installation and said he’d sort one out straight away. But the moment I said I wasn’t interested, he just hung up. Sounds like a typical scam to me - trying to get folks to cough up for a pointless survey, then push more loft insulation sales after.
