Had a really unpleasant call from someone claiming to be the bank. He insisted I confirm my info for 'security reasons' before explaining why he was calling. When I said no, he demanded I log into some website right away to verify my details. I refused again and he started getting nasty, threatening to freeze my account. I asked to speak to his manager, and he just told me to f**k off. Honestly, with how rubbish the bank’s customer service is, maybe it was actually them!

Just got a call from this bloke who said his name was Ozzie - some kind of Something and Brown Associates or whatever. He kept calling me "fella," but then when I mentioned it, he acted like he never said it. Definitely seems like he’s got issues with being honest.

I've been getting constant calls from this number, and it's honestly feeling like harassment. It’s almost like bullying, and I really think the authorities need to step in and do something about them. I'm worried sick about a mate who's abroad and might be in some sort of trouble.
