It seems I've been contacted by a financial firm that’s keen on resolving some past banking issues I encountered. They appear to be after a verification of my residential address, as the one they have on file doesn’t match mine at all. Quite the mix-up, I must say!

She had my name and an old address on file, which was quite unsettling. I chose to terminate the conversation at that point.
