This number kept ringing me several times, but I don’t pick up calls from strangers. I checked online to see what others had shared and noticed many have blocked it. Then I found out they just switch to a different number, which makes blocking pointless. Something needs to be done about this because fines seem like the only thing that might stop them. The problem is, if they get fined, someone might lose their job - assuming causing annoyance counts as a job these days.
