So, I got a call from this guy who was surprisingly polite for once! He asked if I was someone by my old surname, which threw me off since I haven’t used that name in ages - sounds like he’s got an outdated contact list or something. I told him no, and he quickly said sorry and promised to take me off their list. Pretty clear it was one of those sales calls, but he handled it really nicely without being pushy.
