I received a call from a firm calling themselves "The PPI Team." The chap on the other end wouldn't disclose his name and proceeded to blabber on about how foolish people are for not reclaiming their PPI payments, calling them "dimwits" who simply aren’t aware. Quite obnoxious and unbelievably disrespectful, I must say. Proceed with caution if you decide to pick up!
