I got a call from someone calling themselves "The PPI Team". The bloke wouldn’t even tell me his name, and went on a rant calling people "idiots" for not claiming back their PPI, saying they’re too daft to know about it. Proper rude and really ignorant. Honestly, be careful if you decide to answer this one!
