I got a call claiming to be from Carphone Warehouse saying I was eligible for a free upgrade as a loyal customer. They asked if I could give them my bank details or card number, but I got a bit suspicious and asked loads of questions back. The person on the other end got muddled up, so I just told them I’ve never even had an account with Carphone Warehouse. They ended the call pretty quick after that. Definitely a scam, can’t trust these lot.
