I got a call on my landline that I hardly ever touch. We moved here about half a year ago and the phone has barely rung since then. Funny thing is, I don’t even know the number off the top of my head, so it'd be odd for anyone to ring it unless they were just dialing through a bunch of random numbers.

Someone called saying they were from Bupa, saying they needed details about a patient. But before giving any info, she wanted my full name and my role at work. I've worked in this field for over 14 years and this was a first for me, so it made me a bit suspicious. The lady just kept repeating something about GDPR rules and wouldn't give in. When I asked how I could verify her identity, she just replied, "You don't". Bit odd if you ask me.
