Looks like the call was from John Lewis. I made an order at 4.16pm yesterday and then got a missed call from them at 4.44pm! My delivery isn’t due till next Tuesday so why the call now? We use call minder so it picks up the number but doesn’t let the phone ring. If that’s how they connect with customers, it’s really annoying. I’ll wait for the order to arrive then decide whether to ring John Lewis to complain and maybe block that number!

I've received two calls from this number, one yesterday (which was a Sunday!) and another this morning at around 9:24. I chose to ignore them since I don’t recognise anyone from the Manchester locale. Yeah, it’s from John Lewis, but when I rang them up they couldn’t really explain why they’d called me - my order was fine and there wasn’t any info on their notes. I told them I’d seen loads of people saying they got missed or silent calls from that number, so maybe they should check their automated system because it’s obviously causing a bit of trouble!
