Got a call earlier today, the bloke had a strange accent and claimed he was calling from BT. Thing is, I’m not even a BT customer. Told him to jog on and just hung up on him.

some bloke with an asian accent called me claiming to be daniel from bt. he said that someone was hacking into my router and offered to sort it out. then he wanted me to let him get into my computer. i told him my phone cable didn’t reach my study, so no chance. he just ended the call straight away! total scam, trying to get into my info for sure.

Received a call earlier today from a chap with a thick Indian accent who went by the name "Dave," claiming to be from BT. Honestly, I find it quite improbable that it was really them. I promptly let him know I wasn't keen to engage.

A bloke called saying he was from BT, sorting out internet issues. Told me to press the Windows key plus 'R' and then asked what popped up. When I said there was a cat photo on the screen, he just lost it and started shouting at me nonstop. Proper rude!

Got a call at 8:13 this morning, picked up but there was nobody there and they didn’t leave any voicemail or message.

Some bloke called claiming he was with BT, saying people were mooching off my internet. When I said I don't even own a computer, he just hung up. Definitely a scam!
