Some bloke called claiming he was from British Telecom saying my internet was about to be disconnected and to press one to keep it or two to speak to someone. Then a woman came on saying she was BT with steps to follow. I was polite, chatted a bit, then ended the call. The number showed up as Manchester. Seriously, isn’t it time BT dealt with this? I'm nearly 86 and don’t need all this hassle.
