The trouble is, they couldn't provide a single detail-no claimant’s name, no details about the road, absolutely nothing! They went on about having a file they needed to wrap up. Honestly, I was left scratching my head. Who the blazes are these people?!

We received a call from this number, and it appears the callers are under the impression that we were involved in a car crash, which is absolutely false. It's rather concerning that they mentioned us by name in their query.

I received a phone call from this firm last week that left me quite taken aback. They kicked off the conversation by delving into the details of an accident I was involved in, which they seemed to know all about. They had my full name and address, as well as my partner's details, and even the other party's information. Initially, I went along with it, thinking it was my boyfriend's insurance company reaching out to gather my perspective on what transpired. It wasn’t until I caught on that they appeared completely oblivious to the fact that the incident occurred in Germany that it dawned on me-they must have purchased my information! It's absolutely appalling that they were able to acquire my details, especially since I wasn’t the one driving; it was my boyfriend's car and insurance, and I was merely a passenger. Curiosity got the better of me, given that I had already engaged with them for a while. The representative went on to explain that they only handle very minor injuries-essentially trivial nuisances. He was adamant that I had whiplash, despite my lack of any supporting evidence and the fact that the incident happened a year ago. I suspect the individual who collided with us might have had a similar interaction, as he's now tried to claim for whiplash too! Oh, and for anyone interested, they also operate from the number 0161 488 3861.

I had a missed call from a Manchester number earlier today, and I decided to let it ring out. It seems that the only calls we receive from that area are from the pesky 'Accident Helpline' folks. I would be absolutely delighted to be proven wrong, but I have my reservations about that possibility.

It seems these folks are sourcing their information from a UK-based company operating in India and are apparently working on commission. Shocking, isn’t it?

Over the last three months, we've received calls from this bunch around six times, which prompted us to look up the number and find our way here. Today, we decided to pick up promptly when they called again and told them they had reached the wrong number. Fingers crossed, that's the last we'll be hearing from them! It’s rather infuriating to think about how these dodgy individuals got their hands on our personal details. They've somehow snagged our full name-complete with the middle name-and our unlisted phone number. Quite alarming, really!

Received a call where the sender insisted I’d been involved in a no-fault claim in the past couple of years. They got my name spot on but seemed to have fluffed my title. To be honest, I haven’t had any claims like that for more than 30 years! They were rather persistent and didn't seem keen on hearing my side of the story. I had to raise my voice just to get her to pause before I firmly told her to take my number off their list and hung up. Quite the nuisance, really!
