They said the outstanding balance with Global Ltd has been settled and the account is closed. Moorcroft also mentioned they’re no longer handling matters for Global Ltd and told me to contact Global Ltd directly from now on. What’s strange is that the so-called debt to Global Ltd has been managed and paid through Moorcroft for years, just with a different reference number. There was no new debt or change of companies demanding money. Seems like they can just sell the same details from one company to another and pretend it’s a completely new debt. Anyway, I’m relieved this hassle has ended.
