We received a call around half past eight in the evening from the number 01614772900 claiming to be from the Co-operative Bank. When we said it was an urgent matter, the caller mentioned it was merely a courtesy call. We found it rather inappropriate, especially since we have our little one, just six years old, trying to drift off to sleep. We suggested that such courtesy calls should really take place during normal hours. Consequently, we’ve decided to block that number so they can’t reach us again.
