I received a call from a company representing Churchwood, claiming they were reaching out to sell an IVR solution due to my supposed debt exceeding £15,000. This is simply untrue; I don’t owe anywhere near that amount. In fact, they've attempted to contact us ten times in a single day, from nine until half two. Most times, as soon as I answer, the caller hangs up. On rare occasions, I’ve managed to converse with someone, and I’ve firmly asked to be removed from their call list. If this continues, I’m seriously considering taking legal action against them.

I received a call from a firm claiming to be Churchwood, insisting that they needed to discuss some IVR service due to our supposed £15,000 in debt. To be honest, this was completely unfounded; we certainly don’t owe anywhere near that sum. It’s become a nuisance as they have bombarded us with calls-upwards of ten times in a single day, all between nine in the morning and half two in the afternoon. Most of the time, when I answer, they abruptly cut off, but occasionally I manage to talk to someone. I've made it clear that I wish to be removed from their calling list, and if this persists, I may have to consider legal action against them.
