I was trying to ring Moorcroft and found out they actually use a 0330 number for their customer service, not a 0161 one, even though their office is in Manchester. Bit confusing if you ask me.

Got a message from this number on 26th October, saying it was from some company called Moorcroft about checking my repayment plan. Never come across them before, so I just ignored it and haven’t had any follow-up calls or texts. They also mentioned a website, www.mdrl.co.uk, which I haven’t bothered to look at. Not sure if it’s legit or a scam, but thought I’d put it out here in case it helps someone.
