Got an Asian guy on the line who when I pressed him couldn't give me any of my own info. I kept asking but all he could say was my surname and address. I mean, if you know who's at this place, you should be able to answer something easy, right? Told him I’d google his number and it would say ‘scammer’! Seriously people, don’t let these muppets off the hook - ask for loads of your personal info. If they can’t provide it, they clearly don’t have your actual details like real companies do.

Right, so I’m on Moorcroft’s list of ‘clients’, but I’m not at all keen on receiving calls from them at the crack of dawn, like 8:15 in the morning, asking for my address under the guise of a ‘security check’ related to some letter they've supposedly sent. I must say, I’ve not seen hide nor hair of any such letter! It’s baffling, really, how they don’t grasp the madness of today’s world, with identity fraud lurking around every corner. They really ought to verify who they are before asking me for any personal details over the phone!

Received a phone call just before 9 PM, inquiring about a name that belongs to a delicate family member of mine. When I pressed for information regarding their intentions, they didn't provide an answer. Instead, they mentioned they'd remove me from their list, but I have a feeling I might get contacted again, as they were doing something similar back in 201t.

Received a call at 10 in the morning on a Sunday! Managed to miss it as it went straight to my voicemail. From the looks of the other reviews, it seems this lot is just another scam outfit fishing for your personal details, trying to get you to confirm your name and address. I never divulge such information or agree to anything they propose, as I've heard they can twist that into some sort of contract. Instead, I just echo back what they say and bewilder them-it’s quite amusing!

I've been receiving calls from this number up to four times every week, constantly inquiring about someone named Claire Morgan, who I might add, isn’t me at all! I'm completely baffled, as I've no connection to this Claire Morgan. Each time they ring, I politely request to be removed from their contact list, yet the calls keep coming. Blocking the number seems to be a short-lived solution, as they find a way to bypass it the very next day. It's rather frustrating; there ought to be a better way to handle such intrusive communications. I'd certainly steer clear of any business that resorts to pestering individuals in this manner!

I keep receiving calls from this firm, seeking one of our directors, yet they refuse to share the purpose of their inquiries. On the rare instance I informed them that I’m a director, they insisted on obtaining personal details before proceeding, despite the fact that they initiated the call. It feels a lot like harassment to me.

I keep getting calls from this number, supposedly looking for a Helen Cross - a person I've never even heard of! I've informed them that if they persist, I’ll be consulting my solicitor and charging them for my trouble.

These calls in the dead of night are driving me mad! I haven't got a clue who is trying to reach me, but it’s always at the same time. I absolutely won't be sharing any personal details with strangers. I've got a little one to look after, and being inundated with calls starting from 7 PM is just ridiculous!

They persistently ring me, typically in the late hours. When I finally pick up, I’m greeted with a recorded message directing me to confirm my identity for Mrs. ------ by pressing a certain number. I have no idea who these people are, so I’m definitely not falling for that!

I've been getting calls from this number that's been harassing me nonstop. The strange thing is, I've only had my number for a week, and I haven't shared it with a soul aside from my wife. It's baffling how they've managed to get hold of it. Each time they ring, they keep referring to me as Mr. Jackson, a name that means absolutely nothing to me. It's utterly perplexing!

It’s rather peculiar how they’ve managed to get hold of both my first and last name. Just received a rather cryptic text from them containing a reference number that means absolutely nothing to me. I’m currently sorting out my financial dealings with the appropriate professionals, and I'm confident that this organisation is nothing to do with that. As for my response, they can either leave a voicemail or pop a letter through my door; until then, I won't be engaging with any calls or texts from them.

This number has been ringing me up pretty often recently. Most times, no one says a word before hanging up. One time, they actually talked to my husband, and like others have mentioned, they claimed to be from a debt collection agency but refused to explain what it was about without us giving out personal info first. No sane person would just give out their details like that. If they're legit, their behaviour is really dodgy. Absolute rip-off artists.

I've been getting calls from this number for several weeks now. Most of the time, there's nothing but silence on the other end before the line disconnects. Once, they actually had a word with my husband. As others have mentioned, they claim to be from a debt recovery agency but are rather evasive when it comes to discussing the issue at hand unless you hand over personal details first. Honestly, who in their right mind would just fork over private information like that? If they are a legitimate business, their behaviour certainly raises alarms. It's downright dodgy.

Got a call from this number at 8 in the morning - a woman asked for personal details. I asked her who she was and what the call was about. She said I had to answer security questions first before she could say. I told her I wasn’t gonna share anything unless she told me her identity and reason for calling. She refused, so I just hung up.

It appears that this outfit is a debt collection agency, yet they're quite evasive about leaving messages on my voicemail. Whenever I tried returning their call, they insisted on knowing my identity before revealing anything about themselves! Thankfully, I managed to uncover their identity through a nuisance call register. Quite the shady business, if you ask me!
