Got an Asian guy on the line who when I pressed him couldn't give me any of my own info. I kept asking but all he could say was my surname and address. I mean, if you know who's at this place, you should be able to answer something easy, right? Told him I’d google his number and it would say ‘scammer’! Seriously people, don’t let these muppets off the hook - ask for loads of your personal info. If they can’t provide it, they clearly don’t have your actual details like real companies do.

So yeah, I’m a Moorcroft customer or whatever, but don’t expect a call from them at 8:15 in the morning asking me to give my address just to “verify” me before talking about some letter they supposedly sent. Thing is, I never received any letter from them! And honestly, with all the identity theft going on, you’d think they’d at least prove who they are before asking personal info over the phone! They really don’t seem to get that.

They phoned me a bit before 9 in the evening, asking after a relative who’s quite vulnerable. When I asked why they wanted to speak to them, they just went quiet. I told them to remove me from their calling list. I’m guessing they’ll ring back though, cos they pulled the same nonsense back in 2017.

Got a call from this number right at 10 on a Sunday mornin! Didn’t catch it in time and it went to voicemail. After reading the other reviews, sounds like it's just another dodgy outfit trying to get you to confirm your details. I never spill my name or address - no way would I agree to anything like that. I usually just repeat what they say back to mess with them and throw them off their game haha.

I keep getting calls nearly every few days from these people searching for someone named Claire Morgan, but that isn’t me at all! I’ve no clue who Claire Morgan is. Each time I get their call, I tell them to remove my number and cease calling, but they just ignore it. I even blocked the number, but that only works for a day before they ring again. This is really annoying and something has to change - there’s no way I’d ever use a service that pesters folks like this.

They keep ringing up my workplace asking for one of the directors but never say what the call concerns. Once, when I told them I was a director, they insisted on me giving personal details before having a chat, even though I reminded them it was their call. Honestly, feels like pure harassment.

They keep ringing me mostly late at night, and when I pick up there's a message telling me it's for Mrs ------ and to press a certain number. I never press anything cause I haven't got a clue who they are!

I've been getting calls from this number and it's been only about a week since I got my phone. I haven't shared it with anyone except my wife, so I'm not sure how they got it. They keep asking for someone called Mr. Jackson, but I don't have a clue who that is. It's really odd.

I got a text from these people with a reference number I’ve never heard of, yet they somehow managed to use both my first and last name? I’m sorting my finances through proper channels and legit people, so I’m sure this isn’t related to any of that. Honestly, if they want to get in touch, they can leave a voicemail or send a letter - I won’t be replying to calls or texts from them until then.

One time, they actually talked to my husband, and like others have mentioned, they claimed to be from a debt collection agency but refused to explain what it was about without us giving out personal info first. No sane person would just give out their details like that. If they're legit, their behaviour is really dodgy. Absolute rip-off artists.

Once, they actually got through to my husband and, like others have mentioned, they claimed to be from a debt collection agency. But they refused to say what it was regarding unless he gave them personal info first. Honestly, no sensible person would just give out their details like that. If they’re meant to be a proper company, their behaviour is really off-putting. Sounds like they’re just dodgy scammers to me.

Got a call from this number at 8 in the morning - a woman asked for personal details. I asked her who she was and what the call was about. She said I had to answer security questions first before she could say. I told her I wasn’t gonna share anything unless she told me her identity and reason for calling. She refused, so I just hung up.

So this number turned out to be from a debt collecting firm. They never leave a message on voicemail, and if you try calling them back, they refuse to say who they are unless you identify yourself first! I had to check on the nuisance call register to figure out who they really were.
