I got a call from this number and some posh-sounding bloke claimed he was from the HMRC. He said there was a tax fraud thing going on under my name. The voice sounded super robotic, like one of those automated systems. He never asked who I was, just acted like he already knew it was me. Then it started telling me to press different buttons for options. Quite fishy, if you ask me.
