Got a call from someone claiming to be from Reassured Life Insurance. I explained I already have a policy sorted, but the bloke kept asking about the details, saying he could offer a better deal - which wasn’t true at all. He just wouldn’t accept a straight no, so in the end, I had to hang up and block the number.

I just received a rather unsolicited phone call about life insurance.

I've told them more than once that I’m not looking for life insurance and that I gave my details by mistake. Despite that, they ring me about 9 times a day using loads of different numbers. I've asked them repeatedly to take my number off their list and to stop calling, but the calls just keep coming, sometimes back to back from different lines. It got so bad I had to block all unknown numbers just to get some peace. Even after filing a complaint about being pestered, they haven't stopped. Proper annoying.
