This number has been ringing me loads. I picked up once but the person on the other end was mumbling or something, couldn’t make out what they were saying, so I hung up and blocked them. Even now, the calls keep coming but my phone just blocks them straight away. Feels like some kinda scam for sure.

Just got a call from this number claiming to be O2 with some deal, nearly got caught up until they asked for my bank details. I told them I’d rather set up direct debit online, but the bloke was really pushy saying his way was the only option. I had a bit of a back and forth with him, but he wouldn’t budge so I ended the call. Honestly, be careful with this number, seems like a proper scam to me.

They didn’t seem to have my proper name, so I’m fairly certain they weren’t genuine. I asked them to remove my number from their records. O2, really?

Got 3 missed calls from 0161 470 5193/5190, tried ringing back but it just won’t let me through! Seems a bit dodgy! I’ve had calls from what looked like O2 before, a different number though, and I had to keep telling them I’m not interested in that 20GB for £29 a month deal. After reading these reviews I’m pretty shocked, I actually thought it was legit and nearly fell for it! My fault really, won’t be so trusting next time!

Someone said they were from O2. I told them I hadn’t agreed to be called and that I’m on the TPS, so they must remove my number. They kept arguing they were allowed to call and that they haven’t done anything wrong. I’ve gone ahead and reported the number to the TPS.

Someone called saying they were from O2 offering 20gb for £20 a month. Even after I told them I wasn’t keen, they kept pushing and asking why not. They said they were calling from O2, but even after I told them more than once that I wasn’t interested and didn’t want anything from them, they kept pestering me with loads of questions and personal info. I had to just cut the call off. Then they kept ringing me a few more times until I blocked the number. Still, I got a couple of texts saying I was signed up with O2, which made me worried enough to actually get in touch with O2 to check if my details had been added somehow. No idea where they got my number from. Honestly, don’t pick up - they were so pushy and quite rude.
