Today I got a call from a lady claiming there was an issue with my internet. She said she was from Openreach BT and offered to guide me through fixing it. I asked her why my actual internet provider hadn’t reached out if there was a real problem and why they hadn’t just sent a new router. She insisted she was my provider. I told her that wasn’t true and asked her to name my provider. She just hung up on me.
