just saw a missed call from this number and decided to check it by dialling 1471. found this site afterwards and honestly, really happy i didn't pick up! i thought cold calls are banned now? so annoying!

Got a call from someone called Michelle at the “Consumer Awareness Centre” about some “unpaid debts” I apparently owed. I told her I’d be reporting them to OFCOM and they quickly ended the call. Proper harassment, really.

As soon as I picked up, the caller just disconnected. I've gone ahead and blocked the number now.

This number called me loads of times and when I finally picked up, it was some person from a call centre asking about credit card debts. Looks like a total sales pitch, so I wouldn’t waste your time answering it!
