I mentioned TalkTalk (he suddenly went silent) does that for me on my contract, and said they’re my provider? I said again I couldn’t hear properly but he just kept yabbering on, so I ended the call.

Got a call from a woman with an Indian accent claiming to be from TPS, ringing my vulnerable uncle about a payment for his ongoing membership. They kept pushing and it seemed dodgy, so I took the call and she said she was from his service provider. But when I asked which one, she just hung up. Unfortunately, we had to cancel my elderly uncle’s card because he’d already given them some of his details.
