I’ve been looking into getting my PPI refund sorted and had some help from advisers. They’re helping with the refunds, which is good, but honestly, the people working there were quite rude. I’d probably just suggest dealing straight with your bank instead, as it seems much easier and less frustrating.

I got a call from this number about some PPI, but I told the person I was busy at work and before I could say anything else, they just cut me off.

So I just saw a missed call from this number but I have no contacts in Manchester nor was I waiting on a call from any business or person. Feels like just another pointless cold call trying to get through. Didn’t pick up as I wasn’t expecting it.
