I've noticed that the advisors are hard at work sorting out refunds for mis-sold PPI, which is fine by me. That said, I can't say I've had the best experience, as the staff have been rather brusque. Because of this, I’d recommend going straight to your bank if you’re looking to claim back any PPI.

This number rang me, prattling on about PPI. I informed the bloke that I was busy with work, but he didn’t bother to elaborate and simply cut the line. Quite rude, really!

I received a missed call from this number, and to be honest, I'm baffled. I've got no contacts in Manchester and certainly wasn't waiting for any calls from businesses or anyone else, for that matter. Seems to me like yet another annoying cold caller trying to waste my time. Just ignored the call, really.
