Received a call from a lady with a thick Indian accent, and I must say, it was absolute drivel. The only thing I caught was her going on about “refunds” or something, to which I firmly replied "NO!" and kept at it until they finally hung up. Just another one of those pesky cold callers, I suppose.

I received a call concerning PPI, and let me tell you, they were incredibly insistent, even though I kindly asked them to take my number off their list. The chap on the other end appeared to have a counter for every point I made! It was quite relentless, really.
