When you try to cancel, they hit you with fees and rarely actually cancel your membership. Plus, the calls don't stop. I tried blocking their number but somehow they manage to dodge that block and keep ringing. Proper annoying!5 yearsgot a call earlier, the person didn’t say their name but kept mentioning earlier chats with resort link and some vouchers we were supposedly due. we got stung by them back in october 2020 for over £300 trying to cancel a subscription, so i’m not holding my breath for any kind of refund, whether it’s money, a cheque, credit or vouchers. total rip off. btw, resort link’s number starts with 0141 and they never pick up when i ring back!6 yearsSounds like a holiday promo business, sometimes they call themselves resort link. They might be legit, but watch out - if you say yes to one of their holiday deals, they’ll keep bugging you for extra payments like yearly charges and mandatory concierge fees.
