I picked up my partner’s phone by mistake, and they said they wanted to speak to me even though I never use her number. Then they went on saying it was because I’d taken out a loan in the past 13 years or something like that, which isn’t true at all. Only after I questioned them more did they admit it was about PPI. Proper dodgy behaviour.
