this fella called me with a proper liverpool twang, said he was from some company named gordon lockwood. he made a point of saying he wasn’t here to chat about ppi or car crashes. instead, he was asking if i’d ever forked out for a bank account with add-ons like mobile phone insurance, travel cover, or breakdown assistance. i told him i hadn’t, and he just hung up on me right away, didn’t even say goodbye.
