They called me like 3 times today about some accident claims! They seemed to have all my info but when I asked them where and when the accident supposedly happened, they kept telling me to confirm it. I kept saying, if you have all the details then tell me! In the end they just hung up on me.

Typical daft rubbish about some accident that never happened, when will these muppets finally get caught and given a proper fine or jail time? Years back, I used to get calls from some bloke breathing heavy - at least then I could have a laugh and slam the phone down to drown them out. If you see any 0161 number ringing, just block it straight away. Honestly, I don’t get what these sad losers are after, they should just get out there, find a proper job and do something worthwhile with their lives.

They tried to get my bank info, claiming they wanted to pay me from the insurance company. I was like, no way, put the money in your own account, coz my details aren’t going anywhere. Proper annoying calls I can’t deal with. They need to be blocked for good!!!!!

somebody with a really thick accent called me, but the line was rubbish and kept dropping out. after a while, another person jumped on the call, talking about a car crash i supposedly had two years back and needing my bank details for a second payment. i messed about with them for a bit before saying i don’t even have a driving licence. then they just left the line open and i could hear them arguing in their own language. quite funny, just a dull tuesday evening perk! blocked the number now - it had rung me 3 times earlier today but i didn’t pick up.

Some random caller claimed to be from Halifax bank saying my bank account had been hacked or whatever and wanted my details. Seemed strange since I don't even have an account with Halifax and this obviously wasn’t their right number. Watch out, folks.
