The person calling me wouldn't agree to send anything by email, insisting the whole review had to be done over the phone. I suggested he could just email me any questions and I’d reply in writing. After that, he started interrupting me and got quite rude, saying reviews had to be done either face-to-face or via phone, claiming anyone would back him up on that. I told him I was at work, so the timing wasn’t good, then ended the call. He came across as pretty pushy and a bit aggressive.

I got a call saying they’d give me free ink cartridges and was even told thanks for recycling my old ones. Then outta nowhere, I get a bill with stuff I never ordered. Total scam! I’ve blocked the number and also reported them.
