The caller wouldn't entertain the idea of sending me an email, insisting that all feedback had to be given via phone. I suggested he could jot down any queries and send them my way, and I'd respond in writing. This seemed to upset him, as he started to talk over me and got rather brash, claiming that reviews absolutely had to happen in person or by phone, and that everyone would corroborate that. I mentioned I was at work and decided to end the conversation. His attitude was quite off-putting and a touch confrontational.

They lured me in with a promise of complimentary ink cartridges and expressed their gratitude for my recycling efforts. Next thing I know, I’m slapped with a bill packed with items I never even requested! Total con artists! I've since blocked them and reported the scam!
