Got a call from someone claiming to be from an insurance firm, asking if i'd been in any recent crashes. I haven't, so it was a bit strange.

I got a call from someone pushing life insurance. He claimed to be with the leading firms but never actually named any. He reckoned my existing policy wasn’t the best because my broker was only out for themselves - and of course, he was the one who’d actually have my best interests at heart!

No clue who this is but they keep ringing all day long, like folks aren’t busy with work or anything! Proper annoying, so I’ve just blocked the number now.

Honestly, some of these people are just downright horrible.

They keep ringing at all sorts of times, and the only time I picked up, there was this robotic voice saying thanks for calling and something about taking my number off their list. It mentioned a Hotmail email but didn’t say the full address or anything. Quite annoying really.
