Got a call from a bloke with an Indian accent, number showed up as Manchester. I asked nicely who it was but he just told me to "Peeth Off, hahahaha!" I reckon he meant "piss off" then started laughing. He kept ringing every day, so I blocked the number. But as soon as I blocked it, another call came through from a different number. Blocked that too. Then another one popped up. Blocked again. It just keeps happening over and over.

Got a phone call from a woman who said she was Jennifer from Accident Claims Helpline. When I asked her where their office was, she said she couldn’t share the address. I said, "Sounds like you’re running a dodgy operation, right?" and then she just ended the call. Pretty clear this was a scam.

Received a call earlier today purporting to be from some "road traffic accident" outfit. They claimed they had information concerning an accident involving someone connected to my number. Naturally, I inquired about the specifics-when did this happen, exactly? Their response was somewhat vague; they insisted that was the reason for their call, to establish when and where this so-called incident took place. I explained quite clearly that I had no clue who they were and pressed again for the timing of the accident. It was then they abruptly terminated the call! I've since tried to return the call from my mobile, but each time it just gives me a constant beep, as if to say the line is dead. The details logged on my phone simply read “call cancelled.” Ridiculously frustrating, to say the least!

They asked me if I was daft, then when I called back and asked for a manager, was told I was speaking to her. When I explained what was said to me, she just hung up. I've got all the calls recorded and I'm definitely gonna take this further.

My daughter received a call from this firm, and when she politely declined any claims, the caller became rather rude and made some truly unacceptable comments towards her. I can’t repeat what was said, but it was quite offensive to women, to say the least!
I called them back and let them know precisely how I felt about their behaviour. The chap’s name was Zain.

I've just had yet another call from this woman-it's the third time today! She found it utterly hilarious when I expressed my annoyance about the relentless calls I've been receiving. When I firmly requested she cease her incessant ringing, she just laughed it off, claiming she couldn't help herself because I'd supposedly filed a claim regarding a car accident. The problem is, I don't even drive! It's all rather baffling, really. I'm absolutely inundated with these calls, and I'm at my wit's end! I received a rather peculiar call inquiring if I’d been involved in any sort of accident and, if so, when it had occurred. When I pushed for clarification on why that mattered, they abruptly ended the conversation. The call had an unmistakable ring of being from India, and it took a good few moments for the line to connect properly.

Some accident claims people kept ringing me like 20 times a day till I had enough and got a call blocker. I blocked at least six different numbers they used. Then, I recorded a panic alarm sound from my phone and the next time they called, I picked up and blasted that alarm down the phone. I told them that’s the noise they get for bothering me constantly. After that, they stopped calling completely. It did the trick!

Got a call about accident claims asking if I’d been in an accident and trying to sell services related to vehicle claims and compensation. Absolute rubbish cold calls from scammers just trying to trick people. If you’re free, tie them up by chatting and wasting their time so they can’t bother others, or even better, use an auto dialler to bombard their lines and keep them busy. The government isn’t doing much to stop these pest calls, so it’s on us to take a stand.

Got a call from someone saying they were from Aviva's claims department in the UK. I'm based in Manchester but the call definitely wasn't local. When I called back, some bloke with an Indian accent answered and said they dealt with "compensation claims." Honestly, sounded like total scammers to me, nothing but cheats and liars.
