I just got a phone call from this number purporting to be from BT Open Reach. They told me they’d received a notification about our internet speed being below par-which, to be fair, it actually is. Then, they requested that I install a Remote Desktop Access app from my phone's App Store. It's clearly a scam, so please be cautious!

Got a call from this number supposedly from BT Openreach, saying my internet speed wasn’t up to scratch (which, to be fair, wasn’t wrong). They then tried to get me to download a remote access app on my phone - that was the point I realised it was dodgy. Just a heads up to watch out for this kind of thing.
