They said my internet would be cut off because of some illegal stuff, but I’m not quite sure what they’re on about. Seems dodgy to me.

Someone just called pretending to be from BT support, saying my network was being hacked or something. They wanted me to install an app which they said would fix it, but it sounded dodgy to me. They were probably trying to get into my Amazon and bank accounts through it. Honestly, stay away from any calls like this, it's definitely a scam.
