Each day, we receive calls from this lot, usually around lunchtime. We've made it abundantly clear to them numerous times that they have the wrong number and requested they remove it from their records. Yet, the calls keep coming, and it’s quite frustrating as they hang up the moment we pick up. To combat this annoyance, we’ve now got an answering machine installed-any legitimate callers will surely leave a message, won’t they? I've decided to let all calls from 0800 to 2100 go straight to the machine, and then do a proper cull of those silent calls later! Honestly, any money spent on call-blocking and registering with BT or TPS feels utterly wasted!
