I got a rather unpleasant call from a gentleman with an Asian accent on this number, 01614325488. He was quite aggressive and rude during the conversation.

I posted an advert on Gumtree and literally five minutes later, I got a dodgy insurance call from this number. Total scam, watch out!

Just put my car up on Gumtree and no sooner had I done it than this number started ringing me non-stop! Seriously, what’s up with that?

I posted an ad on Gumtree and ever since, this number has been ringing me non stop for days. When I finally picked up, expecting an important call, the person said they were from an accident firm. I just hung up straight away. Honestly, don’t bother picking up if this number calls you!

i put my ad up on gumtree and got rang like 4 times in just half an hour, even on my landline! every time i answered, no one spoke and then just hung up. really annoying. honestly, if you want to avoid this hassle, dont put your phone number in your ad. also, dont think email is safer cause scammers might still reach out there. if they do email, just tell them to message you through gumtree’s chat feature instead.

I put up an advert on Gumtree and almost straight away this number rang me asking if I’d got the money from some sort of insurance claim on my car. Thing is, I’ve never had an accident or made a claim before. When I asked where they got my number they said they’d probably ask for my bank details next, and I’m not daft so I just told them to buzz off. The number was 01614325488.

Today I got a ring from someone claiming to work for a company. He kept going on about how much cash I could save by installing solar panels but never actually said which company he was with. I just cut the call off after that.
