5 yearsGot a call from this number where the person said they were from BT/OpenReach asking if I’d spotted any slowdowns on my internet. They said it was because other people were using my landline and something about my IP address being involved. The woman on the phone kept pushing me to open up my laptop or tablet. When I told her I wanted to make sure it was a legit call first, she got very pushy and a bit rude. Then she told me to write down an IP address, claiming it was mine!
