I found out that this was the debt advice hotline. A while back, we reached out to them regarding mortgages, and ever since, they’ve been relentlessly calling us. They did ease off for a short spell, but it seems they've picked up the phone again.

We had a right bunch of credit hunters after us! Quite devious, really. They even switched their number to a mobile to catch us out and get us to pick up the phone. It’s baffling how these characters have dozens of numbers up their sleeves. They’ve only ever called us from the same mobile number, mind you. Once we’ve noted them all down in our contacts, it’s like playing a game of cat and mouse!
