I've been inundated with calls from them too, ringing me incessantly-four or five times a day for the last couple of months! However, I discovered that if you take the initiative to ring them yourself, they can actually rectify the situation and stop their persistent calls. Just request to be placed on their 'do not disturb' list, if you will. Fingers crossed this little trick works for you as well!

I rang them on a different number, 08001116655, and warned them that if I received another call, I’d be paying their office a visit to resolve the matter in person.
