Every single day, we’ve been inundated with the same text from these muppets. They’re trying to get £58 back from us but have the cheek to not provide any proof that we took out an emergency loan back in 2003. At the same time, they’re also pursuing our partner for £235! They just won’t stop calling our home, refusing to disclose their identity. When I mentioned that I could identify the calls as automated, they insisted I wasn't allowed to record the conversations-what a load of nonsense!

Steer clear of answering or responding to these folks! After a long six-year stretch, the debt has fallen out of the statute of limitations. There's no need to pay up or even engage in conversation-this is a civil debt that cannot be enforced. If they ring you, grab a whistle and give it a blow! Interestingly, they’ve also gone by the name Crellin Carter, located in Weybridge, Surrey. A quick search online will reveal their office. Tough luck, Mr. Carter!
