I received a call from someone with a strong accent who was claiming that I had been involved in a car accident. However, I knew for certain that I hadn't been in any such accident. The caller became abusive and showed extreme rudeness, even using inappropriate language by telling me to "fu** off" when I asked to have my number removed from their contact list. It is really frustrating and disheartening that individuals like this are able to get away with their behaviour. It is my hope that they will be identified and face the appropriate consequences for their actions.

Guy called about a no fault accident that me or someone living here supposedly had in the last couple of years? They kept saying they just wanted our info to sort out a payment to us? (Allegedly!) ### another one of those phishing scam calls! They use loads of different stories as well, like an HMRC court case to scare people into giving away personal financial details! Got a call around 8pm, they wanted to speak to my husband. When I asked who was calling, they said it was a personal matter. Then I asked what company they were from, and they said, "I asked for Mr, not you." Eventually, they mentioned AMS and said it was about my husband's accident. I told them he hasn’t had any accident and they argued with me. I told them my number is on the TPS and that this was harassment. Did they care? Not at all, so I just hung up.

These firms make these calls, gather your details, then if you do have a valid claim, they pretend to deal with it but soon tell you your insurer has turned it down and just brush you off. Meanwhile, they press on with your claim and keep most or all of the money for themselves, paying their call centre staff about £250 for each claim they manage to push through, while the customers get nothing. It's shocking how the Conservative MPs and Lords just sit back and do nothing about it. Seriously, don't support the Conservative Government - they just don’t listen!

I avoided answering this number for a few days but finally picked up. You could hear loads of background noise, like it was a call centre. From what I understand (someone feel free to chip in if I’m wrong), if you haven’t agreed to get info through websites or whatever, they should tell you where they got your details from. From what I understand (correct me if I’m off), unless you’ve given permission, like online for example, they should tell you where they got your info. I have received a call from this number concerning a car accident that occurred two years ago. The individual on the other end, who identifies as a South African man, insists that he is sending me payment for a claim that I never filed. Despite my repeated denials, he refuses to accept "no" as an answer, and claims to be affiliated with AMS services. I am seriously considering involving the police if this continues to happen.

I received a call from this particular number today at 17:20, as well as yesterday at 19:12. However, no messages were left on either occasion. Typically, I avoid picking up calls from unfamiliar numbers since they often turn out to be bothersome.
