I told him no, and he hung up straight away. I looked the company up online and found plenty of results with 'Accident' and 'Helpline' but none with all three words together. Maybe he just added 'Service' to sound more official? Could be a scammer trying to sound legit. Or maybe it was just a call centre guy who didn’t want to waste time once he realised I wasn’t interested.
