Received a rather dodgy call from the number mentioned above, claiming there’s a cheque ready for us worth thousands, supposedly linked to a visit we made to a Co-Op, during which we transferred £300 via Paypoint. They also offered to send someone to our home to sort out the transfer. The chap on the line called himself "Tom Hanks" - can you believe it? And he had an assistant named Mark Robinson! Naturally, we dashed down to the nearest police station! Just a word of caution to everyone - keep your wits about you! It’s a blatant invasion of privacy!
