I received a call from someone inquiring whether I owned the property. They introduced themselves as a local energy consultant and proposed a complimentary inspection of my loft. They mentioned a free survey for loft insulation to determine if we could be eligible for some government-funded replacement. Quite suspicious, if you ask me! I reckon it’s a scam!
