The person who rang just kept quiet and then suddenly dropped the call without saying a word!

It was pretty upsetting when they asked for my husband. I asked where they got my number from, and the bloke said it was off some kind of list. He mentioned my husband must’ve filled in a form online. I told him that was odd since my husband passed away two years ago. He just kept going, acting like I was going to hand the phone to him or something. I told him the call was really upsetting me, but he still didn’t say sorry, so I just ended the call.

i keep getting calls from this manchester number starting 01613941 but with different last digits, like 1997 and others. they’re always asking for a person i’ve never heard of. i never entertain them much, just tell them to take me off their list. they promise to do it but even after blocking these numbers, ive already had about 11 calls from various numbers all beginning with 01613941. quite annoying really.

They tried calling me on extension 2041, but I didn't pick up. Now they're ringing my extension 1997 non stop, so I've had to block them. Calling it harassing is putting it lightly.

i always just ignore calls from manchester since I don’t have any mates or family there and most times it's just dodgy call centres or scammers. this week i think i’ve had like over 15 different manchester numbers ring me, all ended up blocked. honestly, the government needs to step up and sort this out.
