However, upon checking my records, I discovered that my renewal isn't set to conclude until July 2023. When I relayed this information to the gentleman on the line, his subsequent response was to accuse me of wasting his time. To my utter disbelief, he proceeded to make lewd comments and asked personal questions about my wife in a most inappropriate manner.
